How to read the tracker
The articles which will comprise our contract are listed in the spreadsheet grouped into three tabs, with different proposed versions listed from oldest (left) to newest (right). The name of the link indicates the date that version of the article was proposed on, with the column (“Union” or “Admin”) corresponding to which side of negotiations made that proposal. The first two tabs group articles by whether they address the financial aspects of our contract (“Economic Proposals”) or not (“Rights and Protections”). The third tab corresponds to proposals from the university management/administration, these will typically concern their right and what they can or cannot do as supervisors.
The proposal linked in the tracker are word documents, with counter proposals utilizing bold text to indicate new language and strikethroughs to indicate deleted text.
